For Reading this week we had to choose 3 articles for kiwi kids news and then write what was interesting about them and their genre. Here are the ones I chose
TITLE:Chocolate Frog Found in New Guinea
Genre: Odd Stuff
This article was about frogs and how they discovered a new species.
I Think That they did a good job explaining where it was found and what their closest relative is. I understand alot of new stuff about this chocolate frog. I found this interesting because I have always liked choclate and frogs.
TITLE: Stars Leading Close ANZ Netball Championship
Genre: Sport
This article is about how the stars are winning.
I think that this is interesting because I play netball and I can take tips off of what they do to win. I Think that this is cool because netball is an interesting.
TITLE: NZ School Students Protest Climate Change.
Genre: National
I think this is interesting because Instead of the teachers having a strike its the students. I think its good they did this because it promotes climate change and how bad it is. It is also telling people they really need to do something about it.
