Hello:) For PBL we got told to complete two tasks. This is the second one (the first one was the quote). We got given a template and it had 5 different emojis on one side of that emoji we had to write what made us feel that way on the other side we had to write how we could keep that feeling for longer or make that feeling go away. Reading News Articles W8 T2

For Reading this week we had to choose 3 articles for kiwi kids news and then write what was interesting about them and their genre.  Here are the ones I chose

 TITLE:Chocolate Frog Found in New Guinea  

Genre: Odd Stuff 

This article was about frogs and how they discovered a new species. 

I Think That they did a good job explaining where it was found and what their closest relative is. I understand alot of new stuff about this chocolate frog.  I found this interesting because I have always liked choclate and frogs.

TITLE: Stars Leading Close ANZ Netball Championship

Genre: Sport

This article is about how the stars are winning. 

I think that this is interesting because I play netball and I can take tips off of what they do to win. I Think that this is cool because netball is an interesting.  

TITLE: NZ School Students Protest Climate Change.  

Genre: National 

I think this is interesting because Instead of the teachers having a strike its the students. I think its good they did this because it promotes climate change and how bad it is. It is also telling people they really need to do something about it.

Math Coordinates

For math this week we had to screenshot a part of google maps and then put a grid over it. After that we needed to write down some coordinates and find a partner to answer those. My map is in Tauranga. You can have a go if you want.

Reading - Landmark For Chistchurch

 Hello and today I'm going to show you my idea for a landmark that I made for Christchurch. It was a statue of a tram. I learnt alot about trams when making this I didn't know that they were origanally  Here it is:
